Functional Soft Tissue Transformation (FSTT)

Soft tissue refers to tissues that connect, support, or surround other structures and organs of the body. Soft tissue includes tendons, ligaments, fascia, fibrous tissues, fat, synovial membranes and muscles, nerves and blood vessels. In relation to functional movement, soft tissues must have relative motion to allow for optimal joint motions in order to facilitate circulation for overall health.

This hands-on class will share a system of functional evaluation and treatment. We will first evaluate functional movement for efficiency, and then assess the soft tissue’s ability to optimally translate within selected-functional movements, and in addition apply specific home-workable follow up movements.

What makes this class different from other soft tissue courses is the application of function and not solely structure; FSTT improves the soft tissue’s health specific to the functional intent, not just the structural symptom.
