Massage therapy at AIM focuses primarily on therapeutic and sports massage.  Our skilled therapists  are all trained by Dr. Vince Guagliano.  Their technique is called "deep tissue work", "soft tissue manipulation" and "soft tissue re-education" to name a few. 

Clients often say it's the only treatment that gets them relief from chronic muscle tension.  Some discomfort is often experienced during the course of the massage, but the end result of relief from pain is definitely worth it. 

The duration of massage is usually 1 hour.  If you require massage for the entire body a duration of 1½ hours is recommended.  Since our massage therapists work most effectively with specific regions of pain & tension, clients are encouraged to indicate areas of greatest pain & tension prior to the massage.  This will allow the therapist to better provide relief for each client.
